How Does it Work

• When you host a PNO with Victory we will block off a 3 hour timeslot for your event.  Our event coordinator will reach out and confirm with you the details of your event.  

• After confirming the details of the event we will provide you with a digital RSVP link as well as digital flyers for you to email to your families.  

• If your event is booked more than 4 weeks out we will also provide you with printed flyers to send home with your students.  These flyers will have QR codes that will take families directly to the registration link for your event.  

• Your families will be able to register and pay online for the event.  Most events choose to charge $30 per student but we are flexible.  Regardless of the price point you set, we will only take $12 per student.

• The day of the event your families will show up and our party hosts will take care of the event while your parents are able to enjoy a night out.  The kids will get to play organized games, jump on the trampoline, jump into our pit, swing on our endless rings and tons of other fun activities.

• About a week after the events conclusion we will confirm payments and your final headcount and will issue you a check for the difference.  

• The average turnout for our school PNO’s ranges from 80-115 students.  So at $18 per head that equates to $1,440 to $2,070.
