For more information on preventative measures, health updates and additional information about COVID-19, please visit the CDC (Center of Disease Control) website.

These are the precautions we have enacted at our facility to keep you and your family well:

  • Weather permitting, all facility doors will be propped open and fans turned on during business hours to help with fresh air ventilation.

  • All Coaches will maintain 6 foot distancing while waiting in lines, eating, using the restroom, doing Arts & Crafts or during activities.

  • Every person who enters the facility will be required to certify that they have no symptoms of being sick and that they have not been in contact with anyone with Covid-19 in the last 14 days.

  • All patrons entering the building, including Campers, are required to wear face masks upon entry and throughout their stay.

  • We have 70% Ethyl Alcohol hand sanitizer to distribute to anyone entering and exiting the building.

  • Campers and staff will be required to wash their hands for 20 seconds between activities. Before and after eating, when coming from outside, when using the restroom and after coughing or sneezing.

  • All equipment and mats will be cleaned at the end of each activity. Staff will wipe down and disinfect equipment and mats, before moving on to their next activity.

  • We have EPA approved industrial disinfectants that are used every day as we do a deep clean on the facility.

  • Each Coach will be outfitted with a mask.  They will be allowed to hands on spot unless requested not to.  Students who don’t want hands on spotting will be given a special wristband to designate.

  • Parents will not be able to stay and spectate.  They may enter the facility for drop off and pick up.

  • The facility will clean and disinfect high touch surfaces like door handles, sinks, bathroom stalls, toilet seats, tables and handles with disinfectants every 2 hours.  A bathroom and high touch cleaning checklist will be printed and notated at the front of the facility to designate that these areas have been cleaned.

  • Snacks and beverages will only be sold if they are individually wrapped pre-packaged.  All snacks will be required to be purchased on their snack account.

  • The facility has installed no-touch soap dispensers in the bathrooms.  We already have no-touch paper towel dispensers.  Campers will be encouraged to use the paper towels to open the bathroom doors.  No-touch trash cans will be placed in the hallways for the campers to easily dispose of the paper towels.

  • Campers will bring and provide their own food. There will be no sharing or trading of food. They will dine within their small group
