The All-In-One Sport |
| |
|
| |
Gymnastics offers a wide range of
benefits that other sports can’t match.
Gymnastics builds endurance, strength and
flexibility—physical qualities that
will help your children excel in all sports.
Gymnastics can enhance performance skills,
help minimize injuries, and provide the flexibility
that aids all physical activity. No wonder
Gymnastics is often used in conjunction with
all major sports—swimming, martial arts,
basketball, track, baseball, and football.
Gymnastics is also good for
the mind and spirit by elevating individual
self-confidence, discipline, responsibility,
and team camaraderie. These are character
traits that can have a real positive and lasting
impact on your child’s life. |

Taught By Pros |
| |
|
| |
Victory
Gymnastics Academy classes are taught
by a staff of highly qualified and accomplished
Gymnastics professionals. All have long-term
Gymnastics experience in technique and curriculum
both as competitors and as trainers. Each is
Safety Certified by the USAG. Classes are limited
in size so that our instructors are able to
provide on-going guided, one-on-one instruction
to participants. Classes for four years and
younger have a total of 5 students. Classes
for five years and above have only 7 students.
If demand requires it, we either add another
coach or expand to an additional class. |

With Steady Progression |
| |
|
| |
Victory
Gymnastics practices managed acceleration
throughout all of our classes. We believe your
child deserves all of the rewards that come
with achieving steady and persistent levels
of accomplishment. Once they’ve mastered
a given level, it’s time for them to move
on to the next. We’ll know when the time
is right to push them along and so will they. |

Designed For Competition
|
| |
|
| |
Although
we offer plenty of fun recreational
gymnastics classes for kids of all ages, Victory
Gymnastics is an academy. We take pride in
the caliber of our no-nonsense curriculum
based program. We prepare students for gymnastics
and cheerleading competition at local, regional,
state, national, and world championship levels.
We are the only facility in the Conejo Valley
that has both boys’ and girls’
competitive gymnastics and cheerleading teams.
Our gymnastics teams follow the United States
gymnastics protocol. Our cheerleading teams
follow the USASF protocol.
We compete in local, regional, state, and
national competitions. Recent competitions
include the Junior Nationals Gymnastics, the
Winter Cup, the Peter Vidmar Invitational,
and the Stanford University Invitational.
U.S. states in which we’ve recently
competed include Nevada, Arizona, Hawaii,
Michigan, and Texas. |

Champs |
| |
|
| |
Our
Champs Program is designed for little
gymnasts and is divided by age group into Champ-in-Training
(Parent/Tot 18-24 months), Little Champs (2
to 3 year-olds), and Mighty Champs (3 to 4 year-olds).
All classes within this program are taught within
our special Champs Training area. Here, we focus
on having a great time as well as developing
physical and cognitive abilities through the
use of music, repetition, and reward. Preschoolers
can surprise you with their innate ability to
not only follow direction, but also, to execute
certain basic structured physical movements—all
part of learning to perform gymnastics! |

Girls & Boys |
| |
|
| |
All
girls’ and boys' classes at Victory
Gymnastics Academy are designed to encourage
the basic trio of strength, flexibility and
confidence. In addition to being a terrific
competitive sport on its own, Gymnastics is
the perfect body and mind prerequisite for nearly
all other types of competitive sports. That’s
why many of today’s professional sports
teams practice some measure of gymnastics exercise
as a regular part of their on-going training.
What your child learns here will help him or
her also excel in baseball, football, soccer,
basketball, karate, swimming, diving, and many
more. |
